Payments

It is customary that we request payment for professional services at the time they are rendered.  In situations where considerable amounts of dentistry are involved, alternative arrangements may be made.  We are equipped to accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and Care Credit should you care to use it.  We ask that all arrangements be made with our Ousiness Manager when your treatment plan and estimate are presented to you.  Unless definite financial arrangements are made, we will expect payment at each visit.  It is our policy to deduct 5% for any patient whose estimate exceeds $400 and pay for their dental treatment in cash in full at the first appointment.  Advance payment reduces our costs, and we pass these savings along to you.

You can pay for your office visits and any treatments by cash, check, credit or debit card at the time of treatment. We also accept most major dental insurance plans. To discuss your payment options or insurance coverage, please contact our office. Click here to download our Financial Agreement.
